用途:
SC-11C是专门用于干拌砂浆产品的聚羧酸高效减水剂。
该产品与水泥及其它外加剂具有较好的适应性，被广泛应用于水泥无收缩灌浆/机械灌浆料、修补砂浆、水泥基地坪砂浆、防水砂浆、勾缝剂和聚苯颗粒保温砂浆等水泥基干粉材料中，对于改善砂浆的流动性、提高砂浆早后期强度、以及减少砂浆固化后期收缩开裂有很大的帮助。
另外该产品还可应用于石膏基干粉材料，耐火材料和陶瓷产品中。
Purpose:
SC-11C is a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer specifically designed for dry-mixed mortar products.
This product exhibits good compatibility with cement and other admixtures, and is widely used in cement-based dry powder materials such as cement non-shrinkage grout/mechanical grout, repair mortar, cement-based floor mortar, waterproof mortar, joint sealant, and polystyrene particle insulation mortar. It significantly aids in improving the fluidity of mortar, enhancing its early and late-stage strength, and reducing shrinkage and cracking during the later stages of mortar curing.
In addition, this product can also be applied to gypsum-based dry powder materials, refractory materials, and ceramic products.
特 性:
1、高减水率：能使砂浆减水率达到20%以上，在砂浆相同加水量的情况下， 极大的改善砂浆的流动性；
2、早强高强：能够提高砂浆的早期强度，提高极限强度，对要求快速固化的各种应用的选择；
3、高耐久性：降低砂浆的水胶比，提高耐久性能，降低收缩和徐变变形， 减少砂浆固化后期收缩开裂；
4、绿色环保产品：生产过程中不产生对自然环境的污染。

本品在原包装中的储存稳定性可保持12个月，当原包装开封后应在60天内投入使用。
